The wage will be determined based on relevant experience. Join our team at Minnetonka, MN location to ensure the safety and health needs of elderly residents in assisted living/memory care. You'll work closely with a supportive team including a Director of Health Services Nurse, Executive Director, Triage RN, Resident Assistants/Medication Passers, culinary, housekeeping, and social work staff. Enjoy a casual nurse schedule with 72 hours every two weeks, full-time commitment, and weekend & holiday rotations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date assessment and documentation of resident health status.
- Implement and update resident care plans.
- Coordinate resident health services with internal/external providers.
- Oversee timely and accurate medication and treatment administration.
- Assist the Director of Health Services and fill in as on-call RN when necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Hold a current MN RN license or be eligible by the start date.
- Possess AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
- Previous experience in a patient support role as an LPN or RN.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work empathetically with the geriatric population.
