Responsibilities:
- Manage infrastructure service account tracking repositories.
- Operate and maintain security assets such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security audit log repositories.
- Design, build, and maintain big data audit log management solutions using various tactics and tools.
- Configure ESS, ACAS, Splunk, and other necessary tools.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for highly motivated candidates passionate about IT security, aiming to make a positive difference daily.
Candidates should have a broad understanding and some experience across various team roles, with significant expertise in at least 2-3 skill sets.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certification Requirement:
DoD 8570 compliant, Security+ certification required.
- 3-5 years in security system engineering, operations & maintenance, SIEM, firewalls, IDS, DLP, etc.
- 3-5 years in application development using SDLC process and tools.
- 3-5 years in Certification & Accreditation, System Assessment & Authorization, etc.
- 2-5 years in security system monitoring, analysis, and incident response.
- 2-3 years in developing and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
- 2-3 years as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or equivalent role.
- 2-3 years as a Windows and/or Unix administrator.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- BS + 7 years related experience, or MS + 5 years experience.
- Background in System Administration or Network Engineering.
- Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Clearance Requirement:
Active DOD Top Secret with SCI clearance.
