We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to the USMC Light/Attack Helicopter Programs Office (PMA-276) in Patuxent River, Maryland. The candidate will provide program support to the Operations Officer and assist with Operations Support, Communications and various other actions that support the overall goals of the Program Office. They will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Program Analyst Support

Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, and attend working level meetingsPrepare and distribute meeting minutesCollect and distribute action itemsSupport planning activitiesExcellent written and verbal communications skills.

Operations Support

Develop, prepare, consolidate input and coordinate the production of briefs/presentationsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.CommunicationsAid in the development, coordination, and dissemination of Program Office communications

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions for the Bachelor's Degree include six years of additional work experience with no degree or an Associate's Degree plus 4 years of additional work experience.

Experience: Three to ten years of experience in performing the duties described in the functional area. Candidate must have at least two (2) years professional experience a NAVAIR Program Office

Desired experience includes:

Experience with DTSExperience with APACS, ISOPREPExperience with NAVAIR Correspondence Manual.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
