Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate service invoices
  • Update customer profiles based on work orders
  • Monitor service repair progress and generate customer invoices
  • Prepare service technician efficiency reports
  • Handle customer inquiries and greet visitors
  • Supply Service Technicians with necessary parts
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are well-maintained
  • Other assigned duties
Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other standard computer applications
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
