The Role

The HR Business Partner will deliver HR business partner services and lead compensation, recruitment, diversity, training and organizational development initiatives in support of the business.

In addition, this person will provide coaching and support to mid and senior-level managers to improve their people leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and BU specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, workforce planning, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion and engagement efforts.
