Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in conducting marketing and sales funnel analysis. This position involves creating and reporting monthly KPIs, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and presenting insights to key stakeholders. The Analyst also focuses on optimizing marketing performance and driving strategic business decisions.


Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Create analytics to track marketing and sales performance
  • Analyze marketing data to enhance ROI and customer experience
  • Conduct market research and contribute to budget planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate effective insights
  • Support marketing operations through innovative analytics techniques
  • Assist in developing applications to optimize marketing operations
  • Manage selected projects and uphold safety regulations
  • Adhere to CPC core values
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel
  • Ability to learn new software platforms and marketing methodologies
  • Attention to detail and self-motivation
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of Power BI, CRM, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Required Education and/or Experience:

5-10 years' experience in marketing operations or analytics, Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Business Administration. Experience in B2B business models is advantageous.
