Looking for a gritty, technical B2B growth marketer who has scaled marketing channels and driven MQLs and revenue over multiple quarters or years that they can prove.

We're looking to climb slightly up market from micro-smbs to SMBs by increasing our volume of larger leads, positioning and value to our customers.

You'll own these objectives:
Ensure our three sales reps stay close to fully booked with qualified meetings.
Increase our monthly closed revenue.
Boost market awareness/visibility (# follower growth, lead magnet downloads, website traffic, newsletter subscribers).

What you'll do:
Collaborate closely with the leadership team to optimize and scale up our go-to-market strategy.
Own paid media, drive down ROAS and increase volume of qualified leads across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, our website (most channels have a specialist vendor that you'll manage to make your job feasible.)
Own
SEO and increase organic search traffic MoM

Own our content strategy:

focused around ICP pain points, objections, key outcomes by creating videos, images, landing pages, lead magnets, ads, case studies and other assets for sales & marketing.

Grow our core service in addition other services and plans (Cold email, LinkedIn Ads, Teams, Appointment Setting)
Explore, test and scale new channel(s) and markets
Own, measure and report on KPIs weekly to execs.

You scaled a new process or channel that led to repeatable, predictable lead volume or revenue at a measurable ROI.

You've been held accountable to hard numbers, results or quotas.
You turned something underperforming around.
You went against the norm/grain to solve a complex problem.
You faced something extremely difficult in your life.

You don't blame others or complain when things go wrong or you have little resources—you're a self-starter that figures it out.

You're empathetic and deeply understand the customer.

B2B inbound and outbound
Google Ads, Google Analytics
Meta Ads

SEO

Technical aptitude in MarTech/Sales tech tools such as: ChatGPT, CRM, Zapier, Email tools, websites, HubSpot, Webflow, Slack, Figma, Sales Navigator.

Managing agencies and vendors
Copywriting
Design
Growth hacking
Outbound
Organic social (LinkedIn, etc.)
