JOB SUMMARYThe Production Line Worker is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line by handling and packaging products efficiently and maintaining quality standards.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
  • Place sprayers into bottles on the production line.
  • Position empty bottles on the line to begin the production process, ensure they are upright for filling, and cap the bottles.
  • Monitor the quality of products throughout the production process.
  • Perform lot coding, and ensure boxes are taped and wrapped on pallets.
  • Insert dividers into boxes.
  • Push finished boxes through the taping machine.
  • Place plastic sleeves on products when packaging combos.
  • Operate at various workstations throughout the production area as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Prior experience in a production environment (preferred but not required)
