Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm, with mandatory overtime
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Exhibit proficiency in Creel Associate functions.
- Demonstrate expertise in Cut/Take Off Operator duties.
- Interpret and implement engineering diagrams for material setup on pultrusion lines.
- Accurately count, measure, and weigh materials as required.
- Maintain a focus on quality, safety, and service throughout operations.
- Comprehend Fibergrate mixes and material identification processes.
- Possess knowledge of hazardous material handling and storage protocols.
- Understand Fibergrate part numbers thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with shift personnel.
- Locate materials for pultrusion lines and execute machine setups.
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of materials.
- Ability to successfully perform essential duties as outlined.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting safety regulations, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals.
- Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective verbal communication skills with management and colleagues.
- Ability to apply common sense in executing detailed instructions.
- Skilled in resolving problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations.
- Physical capability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
