We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Personnel Services. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating pultrusion lines, ensuring the production of high-quality materials, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate pultrusion lines to produce high-quality materials
- Set up and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production
- Monitor and control material flow to meet production demands
- Collaborate with production team to achieve production goals
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.00
