The Opportunity
- Lead analytical solutions development within the Analytical Engineering & Enablement pillar.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and ensure seamless data movement for informed decision-making.
- Delve into advanced statistical analysis to enhance operational efficacy and drive initiatives forward.
Your key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data and analytics solutions.
- Establish best practices for data quality, performance, and cost optimization.
- Guide and manage the Snowflake Center of Excellence.
- Develop extensive documentation for transparent data processes.
- Ensure data quality rules, standards, and metrics for accurate analytical results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in data & analytics platforms.
- Experience in leading functional teams within ED&A.
- Proficiency in data integration, data platforms, and tools.
