Insight Global is looking for an analytically minded Human Resources Specialist for a boutique Investment Advisory based in Atlanta, GA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a variety of tactical HR needs for our national organization. As part of the larger People Operations Team, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring payroll, benefit plans, and HR policies are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of HR regulations, a robust understanding of total rewards programs, and has operated in a growth-minded organization. A successful HR Specialist for our partner is passionate about providing exceptional client service to our internal Team Members and is bias toward action with a 'get it done' attitude. This is based in our Atlanta, GA office and is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after completion of a successful introductory period.
