Job Description: We are in search of a skilled Tax Accountant CPA to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to stay abreast of evolving tax laws
  • Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns accurately
  • Identify tax planning opportunities to optimize tax savings for clients
  • Offer proactive tax advisory services, such as entity structuring and succession planning
  • Effectively communicate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide guidance
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
  • Assist in tax audits, examinations, and resolution of tax notices when required

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting and advisory services
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Desktop
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work product
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with bookkeeping and client book reconciliation
