Location: Exeter, PA

Employment Type:Full-Time

Are you a Registered Behavior Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity? Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team for the School Year in the Exeter, PA area. This position is full-time, onsite, and it involves working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. We offer weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and flexible benefits with all of our full-time positions

What You'll Do:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address challenging behaviors and teach new skills.
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavior therapy sessions with students in school and munity settings.
  • Collect data on student progress and behavior during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and BCBAs to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention strategies.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

What We're Looking For:

  • National certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Valid state-issued PennsylvaniaRBT license
  • Experience working with children in educational or behavioral settings preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavior management principles and techniques.
  • Must be willing to mit to Pennsylvania Department of Education credentialing requirements
