*HYBRID 3 days onsite in Hoboken, NJ

*7-12 month contract

As a Campaign Manager within our Global Accounts team, you will be accountable to an Industry Manager and draw upon your 2-3 years of experience in digital campaign management. Your role encompasses the orchestration, recognition, and delivery of revenue generated by the sales team.

You will steer the strategic planning and execution of campaigns, wielding both strategic foresight and tactical prowess to independently derive insights for your portfolio of campaigns. Your duties will extend to fulfilling client-specific needs, offering expertise in optimization strategies, and guiding the implementation of best practices in client communication.

The ideal candidate possesses previous experience in online trafficking and campaign management, coupled with robust analytical and communication proficiencies, along with familiarity in bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. Moreover, an inherent drive to contribute is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, oversee, and refine managed service and self-service campaigns
  • Comprehend and apply upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign tactics
  • Establish metrics and gauge campaign success using internal analytics
  • Demonstrate diligence, meticulousness, and adherence to our best practices throughout the entire digital campaign life cycle (from pre-sale to post-sale)
  • Maintain and systematize campaign-specific materials within the team's shared document repository
  • Spearhead daily campaign upkeep, addressing internal queries regarding tracking and campaign status
  • Provide strategic direction for large accounts and nurture client relationships
  • Foster, expand, and nurture relationships with internal teams by delivering exceptional client service
  • Implement campaign tags across various ad technology environments
  • Supervise the campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation, pacing, and performance
  • Draft proposals for new client opportunities
  • Coordinate the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in readiness for campaign launch
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team for campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
  • Furnish clients with regular insights detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and fresh opportunities
  • Liaise with media partners to ensure precise platform implementation
  • Resolve issues pertaining to pre-production and live campaigns
  • Compile campaign wrap-up reports
  • Deliver monthly auditing reports to partners and execute bill/pay systems when necessary
  • Attend client meetings as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from a four-year college
  • At least 2 years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Client-facing experience with a knack for identifying risks and managing issues effectively
  • Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning components
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and mathematical acumen
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in project management
  • Ability to advise partners on best practices and identify areas of opportunity
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced and dynamically evolving environment
  • Experience utilizing SQL and Tableau
