*HYBRID 3 days onsite in Hoboken, NJ

*7-12 month contract

As a Campaign Manager in the Global Accounts team, reporting to an Industry Manager, leveraging 2-3 years of digital campaign management experience. Responsible for orchestrating revenue generation by the sales team.

You will lead strategic planning and campaign execution, combining strategic vision and tactical skills to extract insights for a portfolio of campaigns. Your tasks include meeting client needs, providing optimization expertise, and implementing best practices in client communication.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in online trafficking and campaign management, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of bid management platforms, and active campaign optimization. A proactive attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, manage, and improve managed service and self-service campaigns
  • Apply upper funnel (brand messaging, calls to action) and lower funnel (direct response, conversion) campaign strategies
  • Define metrics and assess campaign success using internal analytics
  • Demonstrate commitment to best practices throughout the digital campaign life cycle
  • Organize campaign-specific materials within the team's document repository
  • Lead daily campaign management, address internal inquiries, and ensure tracking accuracy
  • Offer strategic guidance for major accounts and nurture client relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams by providing exceptional client service
  • Implement campaign tags across ad technology platforms
  • Oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate implementation and performance
  • Create proposals for new client opportunities
  • Coordinate delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
  • Collaborate with Analytics team for measurement reporting and insights
  • Share regular insights with clients on performance and new opportunities
  • Communicate with media partners for platform implementation
  • Resolve issues related to campaigns
  • Compile campaign wrap-up reports
  • Provide monthly auditing reports to partners and manage financial systems
  • Participate in client meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college
  • Minimum 2 years of bid management, campaign optimization, or digital media operations experience
  • Client-facing experience with risk identification skills
  • Knowledge of traditional and interactive media planning
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Exceptional communication and writing abilities
  • Skilled in project management
  • Ability to advise on best practices and identify opportunities
  • Enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with SQL and Tableau
