Platform Support Lead - Cambridge, MA

We're on the lookout for a HealthSuite Patient Monitoring Support professional to take the reins of a global support squad of specialists for Level 2, round-the-clock support and operations team to:

  • Establish and consistently enhance proactive monitoring capabilities for on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
  • Tackle customer support cases in accordance with service level agreements. This role requires hands-on involvement in nurturing the L2 team.
  • Set up efficient communication channels and feedback loops among L1, L2, and L3 support teams to deliver a top-notch service experience.
  • Continuously refine support processes.
  • Assist in adopting DevOps practices in collaboration with third-level support teams.
  • Continuously spot areas for improvement in terms of automation and cost efficiency.
  • Champion proactive monitoring capabilities.
  • Participate in the planning and roll-out of updates to the platform.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in the realm of IT.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector.
