Chemical Operator

Hiring Immediately - Position is responsible for the efficient production of specialty chemicals with an emphasis on safety and quality.

Certified products for the food and beverage industry to US FD&C standards, food chemicals codex, US pharmacopeia, USDA, European Council, Kosher, Halal, and Organic (OMR) certified materials.

~Chemical Operator Details:

~ Temp-to-Hire position
~$Full Time work available
~ Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

Manufactures specialty chemicals with strict attention to the quantities and procedures as indicated on the batch sheet.

Conducts safe operation of plant equipment including (but not limited to) forklifts, mixing tanks, reactors, pumps, homogenizers, vacuum pumps, etc.

Works overtime as necessary to assure on-time delivery and operating needs.
Performs all functions necessary to assure on-time delivery and manufacture of quality product.

This includes but not limited to, troubleshooting of equipment and batches and communication with other departments to obtain recourses needed, such as raw material and batch sheets.

Performs other tasks assigned by the Team Leader Chemical Operator, Production Supervisor, Assistant Plant Manager or the Site Manager.


Chemical Operator Qualifications:
~- 3 years chemical manufacturing experience
~ Minimum of 6 months forklift experience is required
