SUMMARY OF THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Assist individuals to live independently in their homes or with family
  • Support individuals with person-centered planning including various essential activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Prepare meals for individuals
  • Provide companionship and support during outings and activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in supporting adults with developmental disabilities
