The Manager of Pricing Strategy role is a high-impact position within the KinderCare Strategy organization. You'll guide pricing and revenue streams across KinderCare's brands, working with leaders throughout the company to implement and measure a pricing strategy that accelerates customer acquisition and supports profitable growth across customer segments.

You'll create reports to measure the success of pricing efforts to drive positive business outcomes, partner with cross-functional business partners in the Finance & Operations teams to ensure the pricing strategy is implemented successfully and work to understand and synthesize relevant industry trends to develop a data-centric viewpoint on the market.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to identify new business and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met. Lead price models across company brands to ensure that products are priced appropriately in the markets in which they operate. Provide compelling data analysis and insight on impact of external factors on pricing power. Understand impact of different revenue levers on corporate and business unit P&Ls. Leads pricing analyst team, creating an environment were team members can deliver on needs. Develops deep understanding of value drivers and helps to set vision, prioritization, and implementation for pricing initiatives that drive growth across brands.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years in pricing, commercial finance / financial planning & analysis, or revenue analytics. Skilled in leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence peers and business partners. Ability to build strong internal relationships & communicate across cross-functional teams. Validated financial analysis and financial modeling skills. Competitive intelligence and market research experience. Database management & data visualization experience preferred. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with using large datasets to drive decisions. Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing time and resources based on business impact.
