Job Responsibilities:

Guest Service Coordinator (Customer Service)

The part-time Guest Service Coordinator role involves assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, conducting property inspections between guests, and organizing maintenance and cleaning services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent training and experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule with weekend availability
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Attendance of a half-day training session in May
  • Reliable transportation for property visits

Compensation:

$16 - $18 per hour (part-time, summer position)
