As the Lead Information Technology Specialist, your role will entail a wide range of responsibilities focused on supporting, administrating, designing, and implementing information technology systems to aid various programs within the organization.

  • Serve as the technical authority for the Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI)
  • Communicate and integrate the organization's strategic plan with the team's objectives
  • Lead a vital desktop customer support operation
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and training materials

Specialized Experience Requirement:

To qualify for this role, you must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to GS-13 level. This experience includes leading IT project teams, providing expert technical advice, and experience in systems design and modification.
