As an

assembly expert,

you will be part of a production launch team, consisting of several experienced technicians.

Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.

Your Responsibilities

Fulfill activities according to work instructions
Train production operators in regards to all necessary working steps within the assembly process
Support the continuous development of the assembly process
Work together with the engineering team in terms of quality & process
Participate in continuous improvement workshops
Support training activities during the production launch phase
Who we are looking for

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in the manufacturing industry (automotive preferred)
Working experience within intercultural teams
Willingness to travel for training
Valid driving license for Arizona
Your preferred qualifications

Technical background in car mechanics in a professional environment
First-hand experience with TWI or similar method
Strong willingness to learn and develop constantly
