Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Build screens per order with precision, care and high productivity
  • Manage and coordinate the screen supply inventory
  • Collaborate with the owner and expert to build top quality screens ranging from doors to windows
  • Implement new and enhanced processes to increase productivity and efficiency, keeping waste of materials to a minimum
  • Proficiency in using a tape measure to the 16th of an inch, working saws to cut aluminum, building jigs for screen assembly, and other activities involved with screen building process
  • Ensure that all screenings are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shop management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, and home services
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
