Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager plays a key role in leading efforts to ensure that Human Resource practices and programs align with the organization's mission and values. Collaborating with regional and global HR partners, the HR Manager analyzes, deals with, and champions strategic Human Resources initiatives for the organization. Operating in a complex environment with senior leadership and business partners, along with all People Strategy pillars, this position melds functional and strategic tasks to bolster AGS's overall business, company strategy, and goals.

  • Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR Director to comprehend business objectives and introduce innovative approaches, policies, and processes to drive continual enhancements in business targets, efficiency, and HR development within the organization.
  • Comprehend the complete talent system and every phase of the employee lifecycle, utilizing this knowledge to facilitate the creation of comprehensive integrated solutions reinforced by Employee Experience programs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work with HR Director and leadership to translate strategic and tactical business blueprints into HR strategic and operational plans.
  • Performance Management: Offer guidance and assistance to managers on performance-related concerns. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Employee Relations: Nurture a positive workplace atmosphere through effective communication and conflict resolution. Act as a contact point for employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters. Promote company values and culture throughout all organizational levels.
  • Maintain a profound understanding of legal obligations concerning day-to-day employee management, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • DE & I Initiatives: In collaboration with DEI Program Managers, provide leadership with meaningful avenues to leverage DEI endeavours through training, succession planning, as well as internal and external relationships. Uphold equitable and inclusive organizational policies.
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the formulation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct workforce analysis and offer insights to support strategic planning. Monitor HR metrics and present reports on key performance indicators.
  • Data Analytics: Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR team to devise solutions, programs, and organizational policies.
  • Drive fundamental Talent Strategy initiatives (Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition) with internal stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelors degree preferred; experience at an Allegis operating company preferred, relevant industry experience preferred.Minimum of 5 years experience in handling complex employee relations matters.Proficiency in various human resource areas, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws.Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).Strong conflict resolution skills, interpersonal aptitude, and negotiation ability.Experience in establishing strong, trustworthy relationships to garner support and attain results.Proficiency in devising, creating, and implementing novel strategies to tackle challenging, intricate business problems.Capability to resolve problems and present conceptual information to diverse management levels.Experience in managing multiple business units across various locations.Experience in an environment with international objectives.SHRM-CP and/or PHR designation is advantageous.Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
