Job Summary:

This role involves managing clinical quality improvement activities while ensuring continuous quality enhancement in line with HCSC goals and regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest practices in quality improvement and drive local quality teams towards success.

Essential expertise includes healthcare quality methodologies, HEDIS, NCQA, and strategies for improving care quality and member experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop quality improvement programs
  • Collaborate with teams to analyze healthcare measures
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives
  • Review policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Support divisional priorities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in healthcare
  • Leadership experience in public health or related area
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build connections
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred:
  • RN or post-graduate education
  • Extensive HEDIS experience
  • Knowledge of quality management and health informatics
  • Experience in managed care or provider organization
