Location: Tracy, CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 /hourly
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the organization's human resources functions. This position will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and fostering a positive work culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Recruiting, screening, and interviewing
  • Conducting new hire orientations and onboarding
  • Processing bi-weekly payroll submissions through ADP
  • Benefits Administration including medical, dental, vision, 401(K), and Cobra
  • Maintaining personnel, worker's compensation, FMLA and other leave of Absence files
  • Conducting investigations, progressive discipline and performance reviews
  • Facilitating and documenting safety training committee meetings
  • Planning and implementing employee appreciation events
  • Preparing separation paperwork
  • Maintaining and updating company policies

Education: Associates Degree Or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years HR Generalist Experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
  • High Degree of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be very detail oriented and organized
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
