Job Duties & Qualifications:
Development of plumbing & fire-protection systems.
Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience working on a diversity of projects-commercial, high-rise, stadiums, etc.
Design of plumbing and fire protection systems.
Experience with sanitary waste, storm, vent, and purified water systems.
Survey and evaluation of existing conditions.
Prepare code studies, written reports, and code compliance reviews.
Proficient with autocad or Revit.
Team player with good communication skills.
