The

Associate Brand Manager (ABM), Expert

will support the Oral Health portfolio by developing and activating the Expert marketing strategy. The candidate will support Expert planning for

Sensodyne, Pronamel, Parodontax, Poligrip,

and

Polident.


The ABM will drive first choice among Dental Health Care Professionals (DHCP), resulting in compelling recommendations of GSK CH brands to patients, increasing sales and enhancing brand equity.

The ABM will focus on developing and deploying expert marketing programs to accelerate the growth of the #1 Specialty Toothpaste portfolio in the US.

These responsibilities include some of the following:
Shape and support Expert Omnichannel strategy and activation across activated channels.

Work closely with insights team, agencies, and global marketing team to translate DHCP and consumer/patient insights into activation plans for new product launch as well as new positioning and messaging to drive professional recommendations and brand growth.

Collaborate closely with the salesforce and capabilities team to develop salesforce support materials including e-sales aid, sales training, and patient education materials.

Build a culture of "expert obsessed", creative bravery, agility, and data/performance driven within the expert team and reflected associated expert strategies and activation plans.

Develop and execute industry leading activation plans, grounded in superior science to bring the brand strategies to life, including digital, advocacy, media, sampling, conventions and data/analysis.

Drive expert marketing performance metrics to ensure successful achievement of objectives and continuous improvement (Average Weekly Recommendations, Digital performance metrics, ROI analysis, etc.).Deeply understand the category, brand, competitors, customers and their needs, marketplace trends and target audiences to support decision-making.

Support the development of an integrated digital strategy and relate activities related to expert strategy and Brand Heart.
Support claim development and document key claims and their substantiation.
Support translation of the scientific story for the brand to the expert audience.
Manage budget to ensure effective and efficient deployment of resources.
Key Performance Indicators

  • Achieves HCP recommendation targets and expert engagement metrics
  • Demonstrates ability to manage conflict, influence peers, and build strong working relationships across leadership teams.
*The position is based in Warren NJ and follows hybrid model requiring 2-3 day in office presence

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field2+ years of commercial marketing experience (i.e.

brand management, market research, consumer behavior, business analysis)2 years of CPG specific experience in a Consumer Healthcare environmentBudgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumenPreferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

Prior brand management experience in U.S.

consumer packaged goods brands, revenue growth management, route-to-market planning and analysis, advertising/media planning, P&L analysis / performance against plan, brand/package contribution, brand portfolio management, and changes in packaging.

Successful managerial experience including associate development and driving results through others.
Digital Marketing and Analysis ExperienceDemonstrated effectiveness as leader, facilitator, and team member, with strong communication skills.
Proficient in influencing, collaboration, conflict management, and decision making.
Successful experience managing strategic development and execution of advertising campaigns.
Proven ability to develop and apply strategic principles in relation to varied business activities.
Knowledge of multiple product categories as well as with complex regulatory/clinical/medical issues preferred.
Experience with identifying, evaluating and developing new product opportunities.
Digital Capabilities

Good understanding of content ecosystems of key leading platformsUnderstand and promote GSK's digital agenda.
Liaise with Global and Commercial Marketing on digital activation

The salary range for this role is:
$ 101, ,401 USD + 12% bonus
