How you will have an Influence:

In this position, you are an essential part of the US Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. Leveraging your exceptional analytical and communication skills, you will generate critical reports, forecasts, and analyses to bolster and expand the business.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management and finance teams on special requests and initiatives
  • Coordinate the month-end closing process and investigate unusual entries in Divisional P&L for root cause
  • Take charge of OpEx and Headcount forecasting, including accruals
  • Support the CapEx approval process
  • Generate monthly and weekly reports comprising key performance indicators, financial outcomes, and variance analysis
  • Provide price realization assessments
  • Assist in preparing the Monthly Financial Package as a consolidation lead
  • Create models to aid in decision-making
What you need to Succeed:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field


Experience: Over 5 years in a finance-related role


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency and familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools like Power BI and Hyperion
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and presentation abilities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and high learning agility
