Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Systems Analyst

Request Technology, LLC is in search of a highly skilled Senior Oracle Fusion Financial Systems Analyst. This position requires a blend of functional and technical expertise related to Oracle EBS R11i/R12, with an emphasis on financial modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management (CM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ongoing support for Oracle production environments and enhancement initiatives.
  • Engage in business and systems analysis sessions to develop comprehensive Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure precise implementation of designs.
  • Oversee projects and ensure high-quality outcomes through rigorous testing and training.
  • Design, configure, and document modifications to the system.
  • Assist system users and provide necessary training.
  • Propose enhancements for processes and systems.
  • Lead initiatives for Process Improvement across various domains.
  • Facilitate training sessions for personnel on Fusion Cloud functionalities.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Business Degree is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS R11i/R12, particularly focusing on Financials.
  • In-depth knowledge of Finance Modules including AR, AP, FA, GL, and CM.
  • Experience with Fusion Cloud implementations and data uploads utilizing FBDI and ADFdi.
  • Capability to adapt solutions to evolving business requirements and develop functional design specifications.
  • Expertise in generating reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Familiarity with Fusion Analytics is advantageous.
