The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

  • Provide quality customer experience while working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
  • Research cases independently.
  • Review customer's credit card profile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand their balances.
  • Call around 3-5 minutes approximately calls per day (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts). Calls are back-to-back and sometimes a breather in between calls. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
  • Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • At least 6 months customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience in navigating multiple systems at once
  • Extensive research skills - will be researching casework themselves
  • Experience in analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and making decisions
  • Ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
