Job Title: Nursing Recruiter

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Type: Onsite for first 90 days with potential to transition to hybrid

Duration: 26 week contract with possible extension

Comp: $35 hourly

Overview:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates to meet the talent acquisition and retention goals of the organization. The Recruiter ensures employment brand integrity across the system in centralizing all recruiting marketing and advertising efforts. Responsible for planning and overseeing all recruitment and retention activities, events, and functions in fulfillment of the talent acquisition and retention plan.

Job Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business or related field or 4 years of experience in human resources


• SPHR/PHR preferred


• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)


• This job requires the incumbents to operate a facility-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-facility-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier

Additional Details:

  • Schedule will be M- F 8-5pm
  • First 90 days to be on site.
  • After 90 days, a minimum of two days in the office would be required.
  • Facility will provide a laptop to the contract recruiter.
  • All cubical spaces in the office have dual monitors and a complete setup.
