Exciting Digital Media Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist who will be in charge of creating captivating content for our online platforms. The role entails developing, implementing, and overseeing our digital content across various channels to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is a proficient digital storyteller with a strong emphasis on design and videography, possessing a meticulous eye for detail and a proven record of delivering dynamic content for diverse platforms. This position reports to the Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality multimedia content, including visual and textual elements for digital channels like websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that effectively communicates complex topics in an engaging manner.
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics, animations, and visual narratives that align with the brand's identity.
  • Social Media Management: Collaborate with the Communications Department to curate and schedule engaging content on social media platforms to boost brand awareness.
  • Website Support: Design and update content on the organization's website.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms to maximize return on investment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor communication performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and consultants to ensure alignment of communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communications, Digital Art, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: One to two years in a similar role, preferably with experience in education or community-related issues.

Compensation:

This full-time position offers a salary range of $45,000, based on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits including health and dental insurance, cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company-matching contributions.
