Our Lawn Care Specialists are customer-facing brand ambassadors.

Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers, weed control, and insect control to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

Identify pests, cultural problems, and the proper use of select products.

Drive company vehicle to customer locations.

Effectively communicate with customers regarding treatment and recommendations.

Manage daily vehicle inventory and equipment.

Complete accurate documentation for clients, office, and Department of Agriculture.

Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this position must have the following:

High school degree or equivalent.

A strong work ethic.

Valid and unrestricted driver's license.

A clean driving record.

Reliable transportation to work.

Excellent attendance record.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions.

Clean and neat appearance along with a positive attitude.

Ability to operate machinery.

Ability to meet production goals.

Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.

Pass a drug test and background check.

Clearance to work in the United States.
