Medical Care Specialist

Job Summary
Infirmary Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for designated patients to ensure quality of care and continuity of care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Current Alabama RN license or current Multi-State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ACLS and PALS certification may be required in designated areas
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN/MS degree in Nursing
- Working knowledge of area
- ACLS/PALS/NRP certification is encouraged as appropriate to patient population
