Join Our Team as a Lot Attendant at Day 1 Auto Group

Are you passionate about keeping things neat and organized? Do you have an eye for detail and take pride in presenting things in the best possible way? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Lot Attendant at Day 1 Auto Group

Responsibilities

  • Arrange vehicles on the lot in an orderly and visually appealing manner.
  • Ensure proper alignment and parking of vehicles according to guidelines.
  • Rotate vehicles to showcase different models and increase exposure.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lot, removing debris like snow, leaves, and litter.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues and report them.
  • Keep customer parking areas and walkways clean.
  • Assist with moving vehicles between the lot and service department.
  • Make sure vehicles are fueled and ready for test drives.
  • Install or remove vehicle accessories and promotional materials as needed.
  • Greet and assist customers professionally.
  • Direct customers to the right personnel or department.
  • Help customers locate specific vehicles on the lot.
  • Perform inventory checks to ensure accurate vehicle records.
  • Tag and label vehicles for proper identification.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Able to operate manual and automatic vehicles safely.
  • Sharp attention to detail and great organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Physical stamina for tasks like lifting and bending.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
