*Data Enablement, Privacy, and Procurement Knowledge*

Experience with multiple digital marketing channels from a channel management, marketing analytics and/or AdTech perspective (i.e. Paid Search, Display, Email, Affiliates, Social, Native App, and Web Properties)

Experience partnering with legal, procurement, martech, product managers, media managers, publishers, and marketing analysts to understand data orchestration and privacy requirements

Experience with consent platforms and optimizing consent experiences

Understanding of privacy regulations and implications for data sharing in the current media landscape

Experience with budget management, tracking, and reporting working with finance to reconcile and accrue media expenses

Strong communicator, team player, and influencer across teams and various levels and ability to communicate data and measurement to non-analytical stakeholders

*Key Responsibilities*

Be the marketing steward for responsible data management, working closely with the Digital Activation, Media, and Agency teams and interfacing with publishers and legal to ensure proper data sharing, ad tracking, and privacy compliance

Assist with assessing and forecasting impact to the business from new regulations or privacy tech implementation, and support on driving action plans to ensure compliance

Stay on top of latest privacy trends and signal loss solutions to anticipate opportunities and challenges to the business

Manage publisher data sharing and privacy requirements for the media teams, working closely with agencies and publishers to onboard, implement, and share data in privacy-safe and compliant methods

Work with legal and sourcing to ensure that publisher data agreements and privacy reviews are in place and meet all regulatory requirements

Manage vendor onboarding, contracts, POs, and accruals for the media team

Assist finance with working and non-working budget tracking and reporting

*Experience & Qualifications*

Digital Media, Paid Search, MarTech, Project Management, and/or Procurement expertise; you are a digital native and understand the changing landscape around privacy and data and the implications on media buying, ad tracking, and optimization

Demonstrated ability to drive end to end tech implementations to completion

Attention to detail and tenacity to continue working a problem to get a job done

Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extreme fast-moving environment

5+ Years as a Digital Marketer, MarTech/AdTech, Product Manager, or Project Manager. Must have experience with data sharing, media, and media buying principles
