Beer Wine Tender

Overview:
Like to work in the craft beer world? We are hooking up our 30 taps and are soon to showcase our Tap Takeovers on the bar.
You will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a memorable experience at our establishment.
If you have a passion for craft beer, know about wine, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a medium to fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
In addition, we welcome applicants that already have a clientele or want to dive right in and build your fan base.
Our goal is to have you feel right at home from day one.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations on beer selections based on customer preferences
- Pour and serve beers with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
- Maintain knowledge of current beer offerings, including styles, flavors, and brewing processes
- Engage with customers, answer questions about beers, and provide information about our brewery
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to operate a pointofsale system
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service to customers
- Willingness to assist other team members as needed
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene protocols
