Overview


We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate responsible for providing exceptional service by fulfilling orders for both internal and external customers.

This is a 100% onsite position.

Skills and Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: 4 years in customer service.

  • Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Core Competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze legal documents.
  • Submit legal documents to the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations.
  • Retrieve legal documents from the Secretary of State, Division of Corporations.
  • Research entity status, resolve or escalate issues.
  • Communicate progress to customers and internal teams.
  • Navigate multiple processing systems and databases quickly and accurately.
  • Work efficiently in a fastpaced, highenergy environment.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and organizational success.
  • Participate in process improvement programs, best practices, and special projects as needed.
