At Provide A Ride, we strive to ensure our customers reach their destinations with care and efficiency at any time of the day. Join our dedicated call center team where you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with trip scheduling, addressing feedback, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Full-time and Part-time positions with NO WEEKENDS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls.
  • Manage call transfers and office communication efficiently.
  • Promote a positive and respectful work atmosphere.
  • Conduct customer interviews to confirm eligibility for transportation services.
  • Accurately input and document trip details.
  • Ensure precision of customer data in the system and update as required.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Organize daily paperwork accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
  • Passing State and Federal background checks.
