Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a experienced and dynamic Community Manager to join our team at Huntington Place in Brooklyn Park, MN. As the Community Manager, you will oversee a 236-unit, two-building team, focusing on resident and community engagement, leasing activities, rent collection, and overall property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Resident Services: Cultivate relationships with residents and community organizations to enhance resident's quality of life.
- Property Finances: Manage rent collection and support the team with financial decisions to optimize community income.
- Marketing & Leasing: Assist in marketing, processing applications, and retaining residents to meet occupancy goals.
- Office/Administrative Support: Provide office support and maintain property operations efficiently.
- Physical Asset: Ensure all property components pass inspections and maintain the overall physical integrity of the units.

Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong background in business operations, team management, and community engagement. Experience with diverse populations and individuals facing barriers is essential. A commitment to inclusivity and excellence is a must.

Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 10lbs
- Able to reach above and below the shoulders
- Sit and stand for extended periods
- Withstand external weather conditions

Compensation, Hours & Location:
Compensation is competitive and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. This full-time role offers daytime hours mostly Monday-Friday. Flexibility is provided to accommodate the needs of the role. The position is based at Huntington Place with occasional work at other locations.
