We are currently seeking a Senior Community Manager to join our team who will support multiple properties in the Twin Cities, MN, as well as occasional travel to Illinois and Missouri.

$1,500 sign on bonus included

Position Summary:

Manage property (or properties) by performing duties personally or through direct reports in a floating (as needed) capacity. Quickly assess operating deficiencies, if applicable, at assigned properties and make corrective action plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management
  • Advanced property performance reporting

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
