GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Performs advanced quality assurance work, developing and implementing programs, organizing strategies and training, conducting reviews, and developing corrective action plans.

Reviews data and trends to ensure compliance with requirements and policies, communicating findings with Managers and Directors.

Works independently with latitude for using initiative and judgment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform secondary reviews of reports with violations.
  • Conduct settlement conferences and communicate compliance data.
  • Perform inspections to determine compliance with program requirements.
  • Maintain procedure manuals.
  • Conduct legislative analysis and provide testimony.
  • Provide feedback and recommend management changes.
  • Assist in other program areas.
  • Attend work regularly and observe approved hours.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Graduation from an accredited university preferred.

Experience - Minimum of three years of investigative work and supervisory experience required.

Substitution Note:

Additional investigative work experience may substitute for education.

Licensure and/or Certification - Must possess a valid driver's license.

Regulatory knowledge - Working knowledge of relevant regulations.

Supervisory/Managerial/Leadership skills - Knowledge of management principles and budget management.

Technology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software.

Interpersonal Skills - Ability to establish positive relationships.
