Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of patients
  • Manage the daytoday operations of the rehabilitation department
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as JCAHO
  • Provide leadership and guidance to rehabilitation staff
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in medical office management, preferably in a dental clinic setting
  • Strong fiscal management skills with a focus on financial efficiency
  • Knowledge of JCAHO regulations and compliance standards

Pay:
$ $39.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
