As the rehabilitation manager, you will support our Lodi therapy team and be responsible for:

  • completing MDS documentation
  • obtaining insurance authorizations
  • entering all DARs
  • assisting with caseload scheduling
  • coordinating admissions and discharges
  • assisting with transporting patients to and from therapy gyms for appointments

Required Qualifications:

  • current WI PTA, PT, COTA, or OT license
