Primary Purpose: Join Us as a Project Installation Manager

The Project Installation Manager plays a key role in overseeing project execution, subcontractor management, material supply, scheduling, safety, quality, system testing, and budget adherence. This position is vital in ensuring seamless project delivery and meeting client expectations. We are looking for a candidate with the expertise to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale drip irrigation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution.
  • Collaborate with design and global teams to verify project outcomes.
  • Select dealers and subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and oversee project logistics.
  • Establish project plans, monitor progress, and report on timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate material delivery, supervise onsite teams, and maintain project schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, troubleshoot issues, and provide progress reports.
  • Manage deviations from project baselines and conduct final system inspections.
  • Train maintenance teams and uphold safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Proficiencies-Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in agriculture or relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in managing large agricultural irrigation projects.
  • Knowledge of drip irrigation systems design, CID certification a plus.
  • Experience with irrigation automation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
