As the Key Account Manager at CFS Brands, you will be responsible for managing strategic healthcare distributors, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth and retention of existing accounts. Your role will involve collaborating with the sales team, negotiating category leadership, developing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts.

KEY RESULT AREAS:
  • Negotiate category leadership and stocking positions
  • Ensure revenue targets through category management and marketing support
  • Perform white space analysis and lead generation
  • Develop strategic sales plans for key accounts
  • Oversee and maintain existing business relationships
  • Establish relationships with senior decision makers
  • Utilize strong selling and negotiation skills to drive new business
  • Monitor prospects and sales progress diligently
  • Communicate market trends and pricing issues
  • Collaborate with regional counterparts to drive sales
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercially facing roles
