Pacira BioSciences is currently seeking a Product Manager specializing in Orthopedics. This role plays a crucial part in attaining the commercial objectives for EXPAREL by ensuring effective implementation of marketing initiatives and programs related to the Orthopedic & Spine franchise. The Product Manager will contribute to our brand strategy, tactics, tools, and advisory forums among stakeholders.

Role Overview:

The Product Manager, Orthopedics is responsible for collaborating across the Pacira organization to plan and execute marketing programs and strategies, create materials for internal and external customers, engage in professional interactions and education, and participate in society meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the annual brand plan by managing the development and implementation of brand tactics
• Support major marketing initiatives for joint and spine franchises aligned with the strategic brand plan
• Educate the sales force on product information, strategies, and tactics
• Project manage key contracts across the franchise for seamless delivery of commercial programs
• Lead the submission process of materials for review to ensure timely approvals
• Coordinate conference and society plans as defined by the Orthopedic franchise team
• Support relationships with targeted key opinion leaders (KOLs) at congress meetings and in the development of promotional resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in Marketing
• Previous experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical device fields preferred

Desired Skills:

• Proven success in responding to challenging market dynamics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail, timely project delivery, and budget adherence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Veeva Vault, Ariba is a plus
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
