The Director of Business Performance and Planning plays a crucial role in driving strategic planning, performance management, and business analysis at PSD. This leadership position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, aligning strategies, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Develop and maintain planning models for strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify key performance indicators.
  • Implement performance management frameworks and monitor metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align business goals.
  • Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in business software and Microsoft Office Suite, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Location: Philadelphia or Ithaca office. Hybrid position (20-40% in-office and the rest remote).
Physical Demands: Frequent computer use. Minimal physical demands.
Work Environment: Open and collaborative office environment.
